Oshio is an AI advisory firm based in Austin, Texas. This page explains what information we collect through oshio.ai, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it to talk with you about your business, and we never sell it.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
The readiness check works out your score in your browser. Your answers are only sent to us if you enter your email to see your results.
How we use it
- To respond to you and do the work you ask us to do
- To send your readiness-check results and, occasionally, short notes about AI for businesses your size. Every note has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just reply and ask us to stop.
- To keep basic business records
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted services to run the site and our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: hosts the website
- Formspree: receives contact-form and readiness-check submissions
- Google Workspace: our email and calendar
- Calendly: call scheduling
- Stripe: payments for the Kaizu roadmap
We may share information if the law requires it, or with a successor if Oshio is ever merged or sold, under this same policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're in touch or working together, and for as long as we need it for business and legal records. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
